On first appearances, the technician was on time, cordial and got right to work using his vacuum to clean the debris out of my gutters. It wasn’t until the heavy rain 5 days later that I found out that even though the gutters were clear, the downspouts were still clogged and causing an overflow waterfall completely burying my down spout splash plate with the run off digging a trench several inches deep underneath the eave of the house.. I called Premier Power Wash 4 times, leaving a voicemail twice. They did not return my call. I think for the $285 to clean the gutters and downspouts, a successful completion should hold up more than 5 days! I am not a happy customer. I’m sure they will say the caveats in the contract. “Gutters and Downspouts cleaned with a vacuum “ and “all work must be inspected at the time of completion “ covers their negligence. Since it was not raining and no water was run through the downspouts, how was I to know that the job was less than successfully completed? Buyer beware!NOTE A FOLLOW UPA week after this review was posted the company called and made an appointment to inspect the situation. A different more experienced person came prepared to tackle the downspouts. He blew air down them, vacuumed debris out of them and when that was not successful, he disconnected the S curve at the top and forced water down the spout moving it up and down mimicking the effects of an auger. After a half hour a gush of water came out. I told him I would amend my review since I was pleasantly surprised.
